摘　　要：评估某铁路局客运段高铁乘务员的生命质量状况并分析其影响因素,为进一步改善乘务人员身心健康状况提供依据。采用整群抽样的方法,选择264名高铁乘务人员进行面对面问卷调查,调查内容包括一般人口学特征、SF-36量表。结果表明,264名高铁乘务人员SF-36量表的总得分为524.60±139.081,多元线性回归结果显示,工作岗位为列车长、家庭人均月收入越低,总分得分越低。提出应以列车长、家庭人均月收入较低者为重点人群,以心理健康为干预重点,以健康宣传、健康体检、健康维护为途径,全方位促进乘务人员生命质量的提高。To evaluate the quality of life of high-speed train attendants in passenger transport section of a railway bureau and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for further improving the physical and mental health of attendants.Using cluster sampling method,264 high-speed train crew members were selected for face-to-face questionnaire survey,which included general demographic characteristics and SF-36 scale.The results show that the total score of SF-36 scale of 264 high speed train attendants is 524.60±139.081.The results of multiple linear regression show that the lower the monthly income per family,the lower the total score.It is suggested that train conductors and those with lower monthly income per family should be the key groups,mental health should be the focus of intervention,and health publicity,physical examination and health maintenance should be taken as the ways to promote the improvement of crew's quality of life in all directions.
