摘 要:为了增强自制催化剂WXP-100对棉织物低温练漂效果,探讨空气低温等离子体预处理对催化剂WXP-100低温练漂棉织物白度、毛效、断裂强度和断裂延伸率的影响,并与未经等离子体预处理、未加入催化剂WXP-100练漂织物的相应性能进行比较,利用扫描电子显微镜表征空气低温等离子体处理棉织物的表面形态结构。结果表明:在进气量75 mL/min、放电功率100 W、放电时间3 min的条件下,空气低温等离子体预处理会刻蚀棉织物表面,使其粗糙度增大,有利于增强催化剂WXP-100的低温练漂效果;空气低温等离子体预处理联合催化剂WXP-100/H_(2)O_(2)低温练漂织物的白度和毛效高于仅催化剂WXP-100/双氧水低温练漂织物,而且空气低温等离子体预处理能够提高低温练漂速率,降低催化剂WXP-100用量,缩短练漂时间,同时可以克服由于催化剂WXP-100的加入而导致织物损伤的问题,获得与传统高温练漂织物相近的拉伸性能和断裂强度;而且空气低温等离子体预处理时效性好,处理后织物放置24 h,其白度和毛效基本没有变化。In order to enhance the effect of homemade catalyst WXP-100 on the low-temperature bleaching of cotton fabrics, the effect of air low-temperature plasma pretreatment on the whiteness, capillary effect, breaking strength, and breaking elongation of the low-temperature bleaching of cotton fabrics with catalyst WXP-100 was investigated and compared with the corresponding performance without plasma pretreated, unincorporated catalyst WXP-100 bleaching fabrics. The surface morphological structure of the air low-temperature plasma treated cotton fabric was also characterized using scanning electron microscopy. The results show that under the conditions of air inlet volume of 75 mL/min, discharge power of 100 W, and discharge time of 3 min, the air low-temperature plasma pretreatment would etch the surface of the cotton fabric, and increase its roughness, which is beneficial to enhance the low-temperature bleaching effect of catalyst WXP-100, and the whiteness and capillary effect of the combined air low-temperature plasma pretreatment catalyst WXP-100/H_(2)O_(2)low-temperature bleaching fabric is higher than those of the catalyst WXP-100/hydrogen peroxide low-temperature bleaching fabric only.The pretreatment can improve the low-temperature bleaching rate, reduce the amount of catalyst WXP-100, shorten the bleaching time, overcome the problem of fabric damage caused by the addition of catalyst WXP-100, and obtain the tensile properties and breaking strength similar to the traditional high-temperature bleaching fabric. The pretreatment timeliness is good, the whiteness and capillary effect of the treated fabric basically has change after placed 24 h.
