摘  要:中俄油气管道已成为我国重要能源战略通道,先进、高效的管道维抢修技术是保证管道安全的可靠手段,因此对管道低温焊接技术提出更高要求,美国、俄罗斯在高寒区管道低温焊接方面技术成熟,值得研究借鉴。针对管道焊接环境温度和焊接预热方法,开展国内外标准对标分析,调研国外石油公司管道低温焊接的实践做法,提出管道低温焊接技术改进建议,涵盖国内标准规范条款修订、基于管材含碳量和壁厚值范围确定预热温度数值、焊接预热方法选择及适用条件、焊接预热过程精准控制等,其研究成果对于提高我国长输管道抢修工作技术水平具有重要意义。The China-Russia Oil and Gas Pipeline has become an important energy strategic channel in China. Advanced and efficient pipeline maintenance and repair technology is a reliable means to ensure pipeline safety,which puts forward higher requirements for low-temperature welding technology for pipelines. The low-temperature welding technology of pipeline in extremely cold regions of the United States and Russia is mature, which is worthy of study and reference. Aiming at the pipeline welding ambient temperature and welding preheating method, the standard benchmarking analysis at home and abroad is carried out,and the practice of pipeline low-temperature welding of foreign oil companies is investigated. Suggestions for improvement of pipeline low-temperature welding technology are put forward,including revision of domestic standard and specification terms,determination of preheating temperature values based on carbon content and wall thickness range of pipe,welding preheating method selection and its applicable conditions, precise control of welding preheating process.The research results are of great significance to improve the technical level of emergency repair of longdistance pipeline in China.
