摘 要:传统的SAGD采出液掺稀处理工艺不仅对稀释剂的依赖性强,而且工程建设难度大。反相分离技术是特超稠油SAGD采出液处理的一项新技术,利用原油和采出水随着温度的变化而密度变化速率不同的特点,将采出液加热到一定温度时可以获得油水分离需要的密度差,从而实现油水分离。通过研发的高温高压稠油密度实验测定平台及研制的高温破乳剂对特超稠油SAGD采出液进行反相分离脱水实验,验证了反相分离技术的可行性,确定了特超稠油SAGD采出液反向分离技术的主要参数,可为反相分离技术的进一步应用提供依据,为相关工程的建设提供保障。The traditional SAGD produced fluid dilution treatment process is not only highly dependent on diluents,but also difficult to construct. Reverse separation is a new technology for ultra-heavy oil SAGD produced fluid, the density difference required for oil-water separation can be obtained when the produced liquid is heated to a certain temperature by using the characteristic that the density change rate of crude oil and produced water varies with the temperature,so as to realize oil-water separation. The reverse separation and dehydration of SAGD produced liquid of ultra-heavy oil are studied by using the developed high-temperature and high-pressure heavy oil density test platform and the developed high-temperature demulsifier. The feasibility of reverse separation technology is verified,and the main parameters of reverse separation technology for SAGD produced liquid are determined,which provide technical support for further application of reverse separation technology,and guarantee for the construction of relevant projects.
