摘 要:管道金属腐蚀缺陷的评价方法多样,其适用性也各有差异性,评价结果也存在一定的不确定性。为准确评价某气田金属管道腐蚀缺陷的实际状况,对现有4种常用的金属腐蚀缺陷评价方法从理论上分析了原始计算公式中流动应力的取值、腐蚀面积的投影方式和鼓胀因子的计算方法对评价结果存在差异性的原因。在4条不同的金属管道上选取腐蚀缺陷管段分别计算其剩余强度,即预测失效压力及压力比,同时结合金属管道应用管材现状,对4种评价方法从计算结果的准确性、保守性进行综合对比分析其适用性。结果表明:Rstreng0.85dL方法更适合用于某气田金属管道的腐蚀缺陷评价。There are various methods for evaluating pipeline metal corrosion defects,and their applicability is also different,and the evaluation results also have some uncertainties. In order to accurately evaluate the actual situation of corrosion defects of metal pipelines in a gas field,for the four commonly used metal corrosion defect evaluation methods,the influence of the value of flow stress in the original calculation formula,the projection method of corrosion area,and the calculation method of swelling factor on the evaluation results is analyzed theoretically. The residual strength is calculated by selecting corrosion defect pipe sections on four different metal pipelines,that is,predicting the failure pressure and pressure ratio. At the same time,the applicability of the four evaluation methods is comprehensively compared and analyzed from the accuracy and conservatism of the calculation results in combination with the current pipeline materials application situation of metal pipelines. The results show that the Rstreng0.85dLmethod is more suitable for the evaluation of corrosion defects of metal pipelines in a gas field.
