摘 要:考虑风能光能等新能源出力不确定特性,为实现电力系统经济、灵活运行以及节能减排环保特性的宗旨,引入分析目标级联法。设计以综合成本最优为优化目标,按机组安全经济调度运行、灵活辅助服务市场和清洁低碳环保要求,建立新型电力系统背景下的电源协同规划模型,并以IEEE 118节点系统对所提算法及模型予以验证。结果表明,所提算法及模型相较传统优化算法具有更好的寻优能力及计算速度。Taking into account the uncertain characteristics of new energy output such as wind and photovoltaics,in order to achieve the purpose of economical,flexible operation of the power system and the characteristics of energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection,the analysis target cascade method was introduced.The design was taken with the optimal comprehensive cost as the optimization goal,according to the requirements of safe and economic dispatching operation of units,flexible auxiliary service market,clean,low-carbon and environmental protection,a power supply collaborative planning model under the background of new power system was established,and the proposed algorithm and model were verified by IEEE 118 bus system.The results show that the proposed algorithm and model have better optimization capabilities and calculation speed than traditional optimization algorithms.
