摘 要:在源网荷储多元协同互动背景下,传统运营评价方法已不能准确有效地描述现货电力市场的运行情况。结合国内外已有研究,首先构建了现货电力市场运营评价指标体系;随后采用基于级差最大化的层次分析法-熵权法的赋权方法求解指标权重,给出现货电力市场运营综合评价流程;最后基于某实际电力市场数据进行算例验证。结果表明,所提出的现货电力市场运营评价方法得到的综合评价结果能够反映市场的真实运营情况、发展状况及潜在问题。In the context of the diversified interaction of source-grid-load-storage,the traditional operation evaluation methods can no longer accurately and effectively describe the operation of the spot power market.Combining with existing research at home and abroad,the spot power market operation evaluation index system was firstly constructed,and then the weighting method based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy weight method based on the maximum level difference was used to solve the index weight,and the comprehensive evaluation process of the spot power market operation was given.Finally,a calculation example was verified based on a certain actual electricity market data.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation results obtained by the proposed spot power market operation evaluation method can reflect the real operating conditions,development status and potential problems of the market.
