摘 要:研究了用聚丙烯酸(PAA)改性磷石膏(PG)制备新型复合吸附剂PG/PAA,并用于吸附去除废水中的Pb(Ⅱ)。利用SEM、BET、FT-IR表征了PG/PAA的结构和性能。结果表明:改性后磷石膏基吸附剂表面形貌由光滑变得粗糙,比表面积和孔容减小,官能团也有所改变;在溶液pH=5.0、PG/PAA用量1 g/L、初始Pb(Ⅱ)质量浓度50 mg/L、吸附时间30 min条件下,PG/PAA对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附量达49.34 mg/g;吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附过程自发放热;PG/PAA吸附Pb(Ⅱ)的机制包括螯合、配位作用和离子交换。The preparation of a new composite adsorbent PG/PAA using polyacrylic acid(PPA) modified phosphogypsum(PG) and the adsorption performance of Pb(Ⅱ) in wastewater were investigated.The structure and properties of PG/PAA were characterized by SEM,BET and FT-IR.The results show that the surface morphology of modified phosphogypsum adsorbent changes from smooth to rough, the specific surface area and pore volume decrease, and the functional groups also change.Under the conditions of pH=5.0,PG/PAA dosage of 1 g/L,initial Pb(Ⅱ) mass concentration of 50 mg/L and adsorption time of 30 min, the PG/PAA adsorption capacity of Pb(Ⅱ) can reach 49.34 mg/g.The adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model, and the adsorption process is spontaneously exothermic.The mechanism of Pb(Ⅱ) adsorption by PG/PAA includes chelation, coordination and ion exchange.
