摘　　要：功能性消化不良是消化系统常见病,常伴随抑郁状态,临床缠绵难愈,治疗效果不佳。赵文霞教授在40多年的临床工作中对该病的诊治积累了丰富的诊疗经验,该文就赵文霞教授对功能性消化不良伴抑郁状态的病因病机认识,并从肝胃不和及舌象变化总结用药经验,以期为中医药诊治功能性消化不良伴抑郁状态提供更多思路和方法。Functional dyspepsia is one of clinical common digestive system disease,often accompanied by depression,clinical touching painless,professor ZHAO Wenxia in the years of accumulated experience of diagnosis and treatment in clinical work,in this paper,the professor ZHAO Wenxia for functional dyspepsia with understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of depression,and from the liver stomach discord and tongue changes to sum up the experiences of medication.In order to provide more ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia with depression by Traditional Chinese Medicine.
