摘　　要：葡萄园生草处理是常见葡萄园管理措施,但半干旱气候条件下行间生草对葡萄和葡萄酒风味轮廓的研究报道较少。本研究以当地药食同源的功能性野菜马齿苋为生草品种,清耕为对照,对‘小味儿多’葡萄园进行行间生草试验。结果表明,行间生草增加‘小味儿多’果实可溶性固形物含量,降低可滴定酸含量,但并未影响树体生长。增加二甲花翠素类花色苷浓度,降低葡萄果实中黄酮醇类物质浓度,但未对葡萄酒的颜色造成显著性影响。同时提高了葡萄酒感官品评中香气指标的评分。Vineyard grass treatment is a common vineyard ground management measure,but there are few reports on the effect of inter-grass on grape and wine flavor profiles in semi-arid climates. In this study,purslane, a local functional wild vegetable with the same source of medicine and food,was used as the grass growing variety,and the clearing cultivation was used as the control to carry out the inter row grass growing experiment on the ‘Petit Verdot’(Vitis vinifrea L. cv.). Results showed that interrow grass cover increased the TSS of the ‘Petit Verdot’ grapes and decreased their titratable acidity during the development stages,with not affecting the vine growth. The treatment of purslane inter-row plant increased the concentration of the malvidin-based anthocyanins in the grapes and decreased the concen tration of the flavonols in grapes while not affecting the color of the wines significantly. Planting purslane treatment increased the aroma performance in the sensory evaluation of wines.
