摘　　要：压力管道是一种典型的特种设备,建立安全评价指标体系是实现压力管道科学监管的基础。为了评价压力管道的安全状况,在综合考虑其他承压类特种设备共性和压力管道特有安全因素的基础上,系统深入地分析了压力管道各环节的安全影响因素,并基于业内专家意见,提出了一套较为完善的压力管道安全水平评价指标体系,并建立了相应的评价模型和评价等级表,研究成果可科学量化分析压力管道的安全状况,有效提高监管效能,为政府科学决策提供依据。The pressure pipeline is a typical special equipment, and the establishment of a safety evaluation index system is the basis for the scientific supervision of pressure pipelines. In order to evaluate the safety status of the pressure pipeline, on the basis of comprehensively considering the common safety factors of other pressure bearing special equipment and the unique safety factors of the pressure pipeline, the safety influencing factors of each link of the pressure pipeline are systematically and deeply analyzed. Based on the opinions of experts in the industry, a relatively perfect evaluation index system for the safety level of the pressure pipeline is proposed, and the corresponding evaluation model and evaluation grade table are established. The research results can scientifically and quantitatively analyze the safety status of pressure pipelines, effectively improve the regulatory efficiency, and provide a basis for the government to make scientific decisions.
