正交车铣杆类胚料切削力的研究

摘  要:铣刀由多个切齿构成。在切削加工时,不同齿数的铣刀在加工过程中受力状态不同,同时参与切削的齿数也是不同的,因此,在正交车铣加工过程中,铣刀可能是恒定齿数切削,也可能是变齿数切削。不同的切削状态导致不同的切削效果,实验基于瞬间参与切削的铣刀切削齿数不同,对正交车铣切削的切削力进行研究,得到了瞬时单齿切削杆类胚料时,切削力快速增加到力的绝对值最大值,多齿切削为单齿车铣切削力的叠加,在稳定后呈现出有规律的波动变化;每齿进给量和切削深度与轴向力和径向力呈正线性关系。The milling cutter is composed of a plurality of cutting teeth. In the specific cutting process, the milling cutter with different numbers of teeth has different stress states in the machining process, and the number of teeth involved in cutting is different. Therefore, in the process of orthogonal turn-milling, the milling cutter may be cutting with constant numbers of teeth or variable numbers of teeth. Different cutting states lead to different cutting effects. Based on the different numbers of cutting teeth of the milling cutter participating in the instantaneous cutting, the cutting force of orthogonal turn-milling cutting is studied. It is obtained that with the instantaneous single tooth cutting rod blank, the cutting force increases rapidly to the absolute maximum value, and the multi-tooth cutting is the superposition of the single tooth turn-milling cutting force, showing regular fluctuation after stabilization. The feed rate and cutting depth of each tooth have a positive linear relationship with axial force and radial force.
