摘 要:在厚板的窄间隙焊接过程中,电弧受干扰发生偏吹,从而影响焊缝成形效果。采用高速摄像和水冷铜板压力测试系统采集电流脉冲频率在2~15000 Hz范围内的TIG电弧形态和压力数据。结果表明,不同频段范围内频率对电弧的影响效果存在显著差异:(1)频率2~50 Hz时,电弧压力最大值均为80 Pa,电弧宽度均为8.15 mm;(2)频率50~5000 Hz范围内,电弧压力最大值与频率的自然对数成正线性关系,电弧宽度与频率的自然对数成负线性关系;(3)频率5000~15000 Hz时,电弧压力最大值为155 Pa,电弧宽度为5.70 mm。在工程应用中可以通过调整50~5000 Hz范围内的频率来控制电弧力和电弧宽度。The arc behavior have a significant effect on the forming of the weld.In this paper,the arc shape and arc pressure between 2 Hz to 15000 Hz were studied with the high-speed camera system and water-cooled copper plate force test system.The results indicated that there were significant differences in the effect of frequency on the arc in different frequency ranges.(1)As the frequency increased from 2 Hz to 50 Hz,the arc force was stable at 80 Pa,and the width of the arc was stable at 8.15 mm;(2)As the frequency increased from 50 Hz to 5000 Hz,the arc force had a positive linear relationship with the natural logarithm of the frequency,and the arc width had a negative linear relationship with the natural logarithm of the frequency;(3)As the frequency increased from 5000 Hz to 15000 Hz,the arc pressure was basically stable at 155 Pa,and the arc width was stable at 5.70 mm.In engineering applications,the arc force and arc width can be controlled by adjusting the frequency in the range of 50 Hz to 5000 Hz.
