摘　　要：【目的】分析科技档案数字化工作中可能出现的知识产权侵权等问题,为我国科技档案数字化工作的法治化建设提供可行性建议。【方法】以知识产权保护为视角,从科技档案数字化流程、数据存储、提供利用等环节入手,分析科技档案数字化工作中可能出现的侵权现象。【结果】科技档案数字化是档案工作适应时代发展、服务社会大众,提升社会治理和效能的重要途径。但在科技档案数字化工作的各个环节,如数据保管、数字化管理、服务等环节都存在知识产权侵权的风险。【结论】应通过健全法律法规、赋能技术保护和提升知识产权意识等途径,推进科技档案数字化工作的法治化建设的不断完善。[Purposes]To analyze the possible problems of intellectual property infringement in the digitalization of scientific and technological archives,and provide feasible suggestions for the legalization of the digitalization of scientific and technological archives in China.[Methods]From the perspective of intellectual property protection,the possible infringement phenomena in the digitalization of scientific and technological archives were analyzed from the aspects of digitalization process,data storage,and provision and utilization of scientific and technological archives.[Findings]The digitalization of scientific and technological archives is an important way for archives work to adapt to the development of the times,serve the public,and improve social governance and efficiency.However,there are risks of intellectual property infringement in all aspects of the digitalization of scientific and technological archives,such as data storage,digital management,services,etc.[Conclusion]We should improve the legalization of the digitalization of scientific and technological archives by improving laws and regulations,enabling technology protection and enhancing the awareness of intellectual property rights.
