摘  要:【目的】为了降低永磁同步直线电机的控制成本,本研究提出一种采用占空比调制实现电机直接推力控制的策略,只使用速度传感器即可实现电机的闭环控制。【方法】在传统直接推力控制策略的基础上,可推导出有效电压空间矢量和电机的推力波动间的关系。在此基础上,通过在一个控制周期内同时采用非零电压矢量和零矢量的共同作用,来降低电机的推力脉动。【结果】针对永磁同步直线电机的结构特点,通过仿真来分析其控制性能,结果显示该方法对降低电机推力波动有一定效果。【结论】因此,采用占空比调制策略能有效减小电机的推力波动。[Purposes]In order to reduce the cost of control system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM),a direct thrust force control method based on duty ratio modulation was proposed.[Methods]The method can achieve closed-loop control of the motor only by using the speed sensor.On the basis of the traditional direct thrust force control strategy,the relationship between the effective voltage vector and the thrust force fluctuation was derived.Non-zero voltage vector and zero vector are combined in a control cycle to reduce the thrust force fluctuation on this basis.According to the structural characteristics of PMLSM,the performance of the method was analyzed by simulation.[Findings]The results show that the control method is effective in reducing the thrust force fluctuation of PMLSM.[Conclusions]It can be concluded that duty ratio control is effective in lowering the force thrust of PMLSMs.
