摘 要:【目的】为研究钢筋混凝土梁在火灾作用下的抗火性能。【方法】运用ABAQUS有限元软件来建立钢筋混凝土梁传热模型,模拟钢筋混凝土梁截面在四面受火作用下的温度场变化情况,并分析梁截面温度的分布规律,从而研究防火涂层类型、涂层厚度对梁截面温度场分布的影响。【结果】研究结果表明,在涂有三种不同防火涂层后,梁截面温度会有不同程度的降低,涂抹相同类型涂料时,涂层越厚,同一时刻下钢筋的温度越低。相对而言,膨胀型防火涂料(超薄型和薄型)对梁截面温度的降低作用更明显。【结论】因此,防火涂层能有效提高钢筋混凝土梁的耐火性能。[Purposes]In order to study the fire resistance of reinforced concrete beams under fire.[Methods]A heat transfer model of reinforced concrete beam was established using ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the temperature field changes of beam cross-section under the action of fire on all sides.The temperature distribution law of beam cross-section was also examined,as well as the effects of fireproof coating type and coating thickness on the temperature field.[Findings]The results indicated that three distinct types of fireproof coatings lowered the temperature of the beam cross-section to varying degrees after application.The greater the coating thickness,the lower the temperature at the reinforcement at the same time when the same type of fireproof coating is applied.Relatively speaking,the intumescent fireproof coating(ultra-thin and thin)has a more pronounced impact on lowering the temperature of the beam section.[Conclusions]Accordingly,fireproof coatings might significantly increase the fire resistance of reinforced concrete beams.
