摘 要:【目的】研究RPC盖板在实际工程中的推广价值,进行RPC130与传统钢筋混凝土盖板的对比试验。【方法】试验采用液压千斤顶进行盖板的逐级加载,根据荷载—应变曲线,辅之以荷载—挠度曲线和肉眼观察判断盖板开裂情况,对比分析RPC130与普通钢筋混凝土盖板的开裂荷载和破坏荷载,判断其安全状况。【结果】由于适量钢纤维的存在,RPC盖板的破坏过程与普通钢筋混凝土盖板相似,呈现适筋梁破坏特征;RPC130盖板开裂应变明显大于钢筋混凝土盖板,具有更好的韧性和延性;相对于设计荷载1.5 kN,RPC130盖板和钢筋混凝土盖板开裂荷载和破坏荷载的平均安全系数均大于2,承载能力均能满足规范要求,但RPC盖板重量不到普通钢筋混凝土盖板的1/3,采用RPC盖板可大幅降低安装劳动强度,具有很好的推广价值。【结论】通过增加RPC盖板中钢纤维的含量,可提高RPC盖板的抗弯极限承载力;RPC130盖板开裂应变平均值明显大于钢筋混凝土盖板,说明相比于普通混凝土,RPC材料具有更好的韧性和延性;RPC盖板的重量约为26 kg,不到普通钢筋混凝土盖板重量的1/3,在满足承载力要求的情况下,采用RPC盖板可大幅降低安装劳动强度。[:Purposes]In order to study the popularization value of RPC cover plate in practical engineering,the comparative test of rpc130 and traditional reinforced concrete cover plate was carried out.[Methods]The hydraulic jack is used to load the cover plate step by step in the test.The cracking of the cover plate is judged according to the load strain curve,supplemented by the load deflection curve and visual observation.The cracking load and failure load of rpc130 and ordinary reinforced concrete cover plate are compared and analyzed to judge their safety conditions.[Findings]The results show that the failure process of RPC cover plate is similar to that of ordinary reinforced concrete cover plate due to the existence of appropriate amount of steel fiber,showing the failure characteristics of reinforced concrete beam;The cracking strain of rpc130 cover plate is obviously larger than that of reinforced concrete cover plate,which has better toughness and ductility;Compared with the design load of 1.5 kN,the average safety factor of cracking load and damage load of rpc130 cover plate and reinforced concrete cover plate is greater than 2,and the bearing capacity can meet the requirements of the specification.However,the weight of RPC cover plate is less than 1/3 of that of ordinary reinforced concrete cover plate.The use of RPC cover plate can greatly reduce the labor intensity of installation,and has good promotion value.[Conclusions]The results show that the ultimate flexural capacity of RPC slab can be improved by increasing the content of steel fiber in RPC slab;the average cracking strain of RPC130 slab is significantly higher than that of reinforced concrete slab,indicating that RPC material has better toughness and ductility than ordinary concrete;the weight of RPC cover plate is about 26 kg,less than 1/3 of the weight of ordinary reinforced concrete cover plate.Under the condition of meeting the requirements of bearing capacity,using RPC cover plate can greatly reduce the installation labor intensity.
