摘  要:【目的】锰是重要的战略矿产金属,生产金属锰产生大量锰渣,并且含有大量有害物质。大量锰渣的堆积会污染环境,已成为我国目前需要解决的重要问题。【方法】目前,对于锰渣的处理,国外企业通常采用填埋的方法,而国内企业采用筑坝湿法堆积的方法。【结果】本研究分析锰砂及其他物质对电解锰渣渗滤液中锰离子的去除效果,利用接触氧化法进行试验,探究质量、浓度、酸碱度、接触时间等条件对除锰效果的影响,得出最优去除效果时的试验条件,并进一步研究了此过程的机理。【结论】通过试验可得,40 cm厚的1#锰砂(质量约为1600 g)为最佳除锰效果条件,碱性水体对锰离子的去除效果有促进作用。[Purposes]Manganese is an important strategic mineral metal.The production of manganese metal produces a lot of manganese slag,which contains a large number of harmful substances.The accumulation of manganese slag will pollute the environment,which has become a serious issue to be addressed in China.[Methods]At present,for the treatment of manganese slag,foreign enterprises usually adopt landfill method,while the domestic enterprises adopt the method of damming wet deposition.In this paper,we investigated the manganese slag by using the chemical test method of contact oxidation,and analyzed the removal effect of manganese sand and other substances on the manganese ion in the manganese residue leachate.[Findings]The impacts of mass,concentration,pH and contact time on the effect of manganese removal were discussed.Also,we figured out the experimental conditions of the optimal removal effect,and the mechanism of this process was further studied.[Conclusions]The results showed that 1#manganese sand with a thickness of 40 cm(about 1600 g)is the best condition for manganese removal,and alkaline water can promote the removal effect of manganese ion.
