危险废物处理厂的初雨事故池控制方案研究

摘　　要：危险废物处理厂处理的物料成分复杂,危险特性包括腐蚀性、毒性、易燃性、反应性和感染性。厂区道路和生产区等地面属于受污染区域,需要设置初期雨水收集池收集受污染的初期雨水;另一方面,需要设置事故应急池收集事故时厂房内流出的污染物或消防水量。本文介绍了初期雨水、事故应急收集输送系统的工艺流程及控制要求,讨论了监控方案设计、不同水池组合形式对控制方案的影响,提升输送泵控制权限问题,陈述初期雨水事故池控制系统的重要输入信号、可燃气体探测的设置需求,为实现危险废物处理厂生产安全提供了有效的控制方案。In hazardous waste treatment plant,materials are complex,hazardous characters including corrosivity,toxicity,ignitability,reactivity,infectivity.The roads and process area in hazardous waste treatment plant are defined as polluted area.Polluted rainwater and emergence waste water must be collected and treated properly.This article describes initial rainwater and emergency waste water collect and delivery process,also discuss the design of control system for variety of pool design,lift transfer pump control permission,important input signals of control system,combustible gas detection and alarm system design.This article provides effective control scheme to guarantee safety in hazardous waste treatment plant.
