摘 要:由于当前电力企业安全工器具管理方式存在较多缺陷,不利于电力安全生产,文章结合国内外研究现状,设计出一套电力安全工器具管理系统。从总体架构入手,针对系统流程和功能模块设计出具有领用归还自动化管理、定期试验提醒和使用预测等智能化功能的管理系统。本系统能够提高工器具管理的效率,实现工器具的全寿命周期信息化管理,解决现阶段工器具管理存在的问题,满足电力安全生产的需要。Aiming at the phenomenon that there are many defects in the current management methods of safety tools in electric power enterprises,which are not conducive to safe power production,this paper studies and designs a set of power safety tools management system based on the research status at home and abroad.Starting from the overall structure,this paper designs a management system with intelligent functions such as automatic management of requisition and return,periodic test reminder and usage prediction for the system process and functional modules.This system can improve the efficiency of tool management,realizing the information management of the entire life cycle of tools,solving the problems that exist in the management of tools at this stage,and meeting the needs of electric power safety production.
