摘　　要：现代建筑物的安全使用必须注意防止失火等问题,而消防安全直接关系着建筑物的使用功能以及人民的生命和财产安全。开展消防工作时,需要安装完好、齐备的消防设备,进而有效掌控火灾事故态势,最大限度地减少人员伤亡。因此,在建筑施工及建造环节,有关人员必须做好对建筑物内消防设备的维修管理工作,以确保设备的正常工作,最大化发挥消防器材的功能,从而有效防治火灾事故,增强建筑物使用的安全性和可靠性。The safety use of modem buildings must pay attention to fire preventing and other problems,and fire safety is directly related to the function of buildings and people's sense of life and property security.In order to carry out firefighting operations,it is necessary to install intact and complete firefighting equipment,so that it can effectively control fire accidents,mimmizing casualties.Therefore,in the construction and construction link,the relevant personnel must do a good job in the maintenance and management of the fire equipment in the building,ensuring that the equipment can work normally,play the huge function of the fire equipment,so as to effectively prevent and control fire accidents,enhancing the safety and reliability of the building use.
