摘　　要：分析当前表面贴装技术的现状,针对生产线操作工人专业知识的欠缺,以及长期处于单调枯燥的工作状况下,易出错的问题,对射频识别技术在生产线的广泛应用进行研究,提出一种智能供料的方法。该方法介绍了智能供料系统中各硬件组件的具体实施方案,实现预定的功能,达到智能供料的目的。Analyzing the current status of surface mount technology,in view of the lack of professional knowledge of production line operators,and the long-term single and boring working conditions,which are prone to errors,this paper studies the wide application of radio frequency identification technology in production lines,and proposes an intelligent method of feeding.The method introduces the specific implementation scheme of each hardware component in the intelligent feeding system,and realizes the predetermined function,and achieves the purpose of intelligent feeding.
