摘　　要：NX三维设计软件能够完成3D模型设计并生成数字化定义,从而提高产品设计效率;而构建产品全生命周期管理系统PLM,可提升企业信息化程度和生产效率。基于Teamcenter搭建的PLM系统在集成NX设计和产品配置管理特点,研究在一个平台实现从三维设计到产品数据管理、产品配置管理的有效方法。应用实例表明,集成NX的PLM系统产品配置管理可提高产品开发效率,以积极应对当前市场多样化需求。NX software can be used to design three-dimensional model and generate digital definition,which will improve product design efficiency.Product life cycle management systems are built to improve the level of informatization and the productive efficiency.Based on the characteristics of PLM system integrating NX and product configuration management,this paper studies an effective method to implement 3D model design,product data management and product configuration management on one platform.The application example shows that the product configuration management of PLM system integrating NX can improve product development efficiency to meet the diversified needs of the market.
