摘　　要：物品消毒箱在防疫要求较高的场合扮演着不可或缺的角色。当前市面上常用的消毒箱无专用控制器实现作业流程的整体控制,难以确保消毒效果的有效性,也不容易实现外设的拓展与升级。为解决此问题,基于PLC主控器展开联合消毒箱的控制系统设计,以工艺流程为主线,采用结构化设计方法,完成了硬件、程序设计的输出。试验结果表明,所设计的控制系统满足消毒箱产品的控制要求。该系统对物资消毒控制系统的设计具有借鉴价值。Material disinfection chamber plays an indispensable role in occasions with high requirements for epidemic prevention.At present,the commonly used disinfection chambers on the market do not have a dedicated controller to realize the overall control of the operation process,and it is difficult to ensure the effectiveness of the disinfection effect.In addition,it is not easy to achieve the expansion and upgrade of peripherals.In order to solve this problem,this paper develops the control system of the combined sterilization chamber based on the PLC main controller.Adopting the structured design method,it takes the technological process as the main line,and completes the output of the hardware and program design.The experimental results show that the designed control system meets the control requirements of the disinfection chamber.
