间歇加压冷疗联合功能支具在膝关节前十字韧带损伤术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨间歇加压冷疗联合功能支具在膝关节前十字韧带损伤(ACL)术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月1日~2020年12月31日110例膝关节ACL术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组给予传统冷疗联合功能支具治疗和术后常规护理,观察组给予间歇加压冷疗联合功能支具治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组术后24、48、72 h膝关节视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.01),肿胀值小于对照组(P<0.01);两组术后3个月Lysholm膝关节评分量表(Lysholm)评分、膝关节主观功能(IKDC)评分高于术后4周(P<0.01),观察组术后4周、3个月Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组术后3个月IKDC评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对膝关节ACL术后患者采用间歇加压冷疗联合功能支具治疗,可减轻膝关节疼痛程度,促进膝关节功能早期康复。Objective:To explore the application effect of intermittent pressurized cold therapy combined with functional support in patients after knee anterior cruciate ligament injury.Methods:A total of 110 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament injury surgery during January 1,2017 to December 31,2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional cold therapy combined with functional support therapy.The observation group was given intermittent pressure cold therapy,and comparison was made on the clinical effect between the two groups.Results:The knee VAS scores were lower at 24 h,48 h and 72 h in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The swelling value was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The Lysholm scores and IKDC scores were higher in both groups at 3 months than those at 4 weeks after surgery(P<0.01).At 4 weeks and 3 months after surgery,the Lysholm scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The IKDC scores in the observation group at 3 months were higher than those at 4 weeks after surgery(P<0.05).And the satisfaction level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of intermittent pressure and cold therapy combined with functional support treatment in patients after knee anterior cruciate ligament injury can reduce the pain degree of the knee joint and promote the early rehabilitation of the knee joint function.
