摘  要:针对某特高砾石土心墙堆石坝天然防渗土料粗粒含量偏高、细粒及黏粒含量偏低的缺陷,设计了级配筛分改良工艺。现场开展了大量级配改良试验,获得大量试验数据,通过分析成品土料获得率、对比天然土料与改良后成品土料级配,证明了筛分改良工艺对该工程防渗土料的级配缺陷改良效果是显著的,经过改良后的土料可以满足300m级特高土石坝设计要求。In view of the defects of high coarse-grained and low fine-grained and clay-grained natural impervious soil materials of an extra-high gravel earth core rockfill dam, this paper designs a graded screening improvement process. A large number of gradation improvement tests were carried out on site and a large number of test data were obtained. By analyzing the yield of finished soil material and comparing the gradation of natural soil material with that of improved soil material, it is proved that the sieving improvement process can significantly improve the grading defects of impervious soil material in this project. The improved soil material can meet the design requirements of 300m grade extra-high earth-rock dam.
