摘  要:在电力系统中,10kV系统发生单相接地故障的概率是最大的,故在厂用电系统中需要进行充分论证,以使得厂用电安全、可靠运行,发生故障时,可以快速切除故障,避免因10kV系统发生故障越级跳闸或越级跳机组,使得故障扩大。通过分析觉巴水电站发生的1起10kV系统单相接地因保护配置不完善,导致机组定子接地零序电压高值动作,引发发电机定子接地保护动作,导致事故停机的事件,提出相应处理措施。In power system, the probability of single-phase ground fault occurring in 10kV system is the highest.Therefore, it is necessary to fully demonstrate in the plant power system in order to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant power. In case of failure, the fault can be quickly removed to avoid tripping or tripping units due to failure of 10kV system, so that the fault can be enlarged. According to the analysis of single-phase ground protection configuration of 10kV system in Jueba Hydropower Station, which results in high zero-sequence voltage action of stator ground of unit and stator ground protection action of generator, the accident shutdown event is caused, and corresponding treatment measures are put forward.
