摘 要:阐述了瑞丽江一级电站进水口钢制拦污漂在日常运行和空库冲沙时存在的问题,对存在的问题提出了4种改造方案,为保证发电效益,结合电站的实际运行情况,选择1种新型的拦污漂进行改造,满足电站日常运行和空库冲沙所需。新型拦污漂安装完成后,经过2a的运行,开展了多个试验,拦污漂各部分运行正常,满足设计和电站实际所需,达到了目的,从根本上解决了原有钢制拦污漂运行过程中的所有问题,效果显著。This paper describes the problems existing in daily operation and empty reservoir sand washing of steel trash rack at the intake of Ruilijiang I Hydropower Station, and puts forward four retrofit schemes for the problems. In order to ensure the benefit of power generation, a new type of trash rack is selected to be reformed in combination with the actual operation of the power plant to meet the daily operation of the power plant and the need of empty reservoir sand washing. After 2 years of operation, several tests have been carried out and all parts of the new trash rack are operating normally. It satisfies the actual requirements of design and power plant and achieves the purpose. It fundamentally solves all problems existing in the operation of steel trash rack with remarkable effect.
