摘 要:瑞丽江一级水电站位于缅甸北部掸邦境内紧邻中缅边境的瑞丽江干流上,是境外合资企业。电站具有“一厂两站、两国电网、两国调度、两国员工”独特的运行模式,属于高水头、高泥沙和高转速三高机组,且存在水库库容小、缅甸电网薄弱等不利因素。就电站独特的经营和运行模式进行探索和实践,充分挖掘管理层、执行层和设备层的潜能,通过采取建立有效的控制手段使电站发电效率最大化,让水力资源能够最大限度地转化为电能,显著提高了电站经济效益。Ruilijiang I Hydropower Station is an overseas joint venture located on the main stream of Ruilijiang River in Shan State, northern Myanmar, adjacent to the Sino-Myanmar border. The power plant has a unique operation mode of "one plant, two stations, two power grids, two dispatches and two employees". Its units are high water head, high sediment and high speed three high units, and there are some unfavorable factors such as small reservoir capacity and weak power grid in Myanmar. This paper explores and practices the unique operation and operation mode of the power plant, fully taps the potential of management, execution and equipment levels,maximizes the power generation efficiency of the power plant by establishing effective control means, maximizes the conversion of hydraulic resources into electric energy, and significantly improves the economic benefits of the power plant.
