摘 要:建设水库防汛管理,加快水库智能化信息建设、规范水雨情测报及安全监测,是建设现代智慧水利的发展方向。针对龙须带水库的人工监测现状,研究制定适用于小型水库雨水情测报和大坝安全监测的技术方案,通过搭建前端框架Vue+ElementUI,后端NetCore微服务+CQRS查询职责分离模式+数据库访问建立一体化的综合管理系统控制中心,系统实现了对水库的水雨情况、坝体安全、大坝渗流、闸门控制和视频监控全方位实施动态自动化监测和预警,及时了解水库雨水情和工程安全信息,指导大坝运行管理,使工程充分发挥其效益。Construction of reservoir flood control management, acceleration of reservoir intelligence information construction, standardization of water and rain regime monitoring and safety monitoring are the development direction of modern wisdom water conservancy. In view of the current situation of manual monitoring of Longxudai Reservoir, this paper studies and develops a technical scheme for rainwater regime monitoring and monitoring of small reservoirs and dam safety monitoring. By building the front-end frame Vue + ElementUI and the back-end Net Core micro-service + CQRS query duty separation mode + database access, an integrated management system control center is established. The system realizes dynamic automatic monitoring and early warning for all aspects of reservoir rainfall, dam body safety, dam seepage, gate control and video monitoring,and timely understands reservoir rainwater condition and project safety information, guides dam operation and management, so as to bring the project into full play.
