摘　　要：某科技馆造型新颖、外形似飘带、结构复杂、具有大跨结构及大悬挑等特点。文章从项目管理角度出发,通过组织某科技馆钢结构优化方案工作,取得显著效果,大幅节约工程造价,缩短建设周期。文章概要介绍了项目钢结构设计优化的思路、经验和效果,以期为同类结构设计或项目管理提供参考。A science and technology museum has the characteristics of novel shape,ribbon-like appearance,complex structure,large span structure and large overhang.From the perspective of project management,the author organized the steel structure optimization scheme of a science and technology museum,and achieved remarkable results,greatly saving the project cost and shortening the construction period.This paper briefly introduces the idea,experience and effect of steel structure design optimization in project,in order to provide reference for similar structure design or project management.
