摘  要:被动式超低能耗建筑又称绿色建筑,它能通过建筑自身性能来适应气候特征和自然条件,再协同建筑高性能门窗的气密性能、外墙的保温隔热性能及更高端的外围护结构,结合更高效的冷热新风回收技术,最大限度地控制建筑室内的供暖供冷需求,提高室内舒适的生活环境。罗普斯金被动房项目的技术应用,通过数据证明,如果能够得到推广,将会取得较好的社会效益。Passive ultra low energy consumption buildings,also known as green buildings,can adapt to climate characteristics and natural conditions through the performance of the building itself,cooperate with the airtightness of high-performance doors and windows,the thermal insulation performance of external walls,and the more high-end peripheral protective structure,combined with more efficient cold and hot fresh air recovery technology,to maximize the control of indoor heating and cooling needs,and improve the indoor comfortable living environment.The technical application of the ROPSKIN Passive Housing Project has been proved by data that if it can be popularized,it will achieve good social benefits.
