水基橡胶模具清洗剂的研发与配方优化

摘　　要：为了获得一种环保的水基模具清洗剂,通过正交实验和单因素实验分析了几种原料对硅油、石蜡、矿物油、橡胶等污垢的清洗效果,最终确定了水基清洗剂的配方(质量分数)为:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)6%,羧乙基硫代丁二酸(CETSA)5%, 200#溶剂油3%,伯烷基磺酸钠PAS-80 4%,环己酮3%,脂肪酸甲酯二丙酸钠6%,偏硅酸钠3%,氢氧化钠5%,三乙醇胺1%,六亚甲基四胺1%,杀菌剂0.5%,纯水62.5%。In order to obtain an environment-friendly water-based mold cleaner, the influence of several raw materials on the cleaning effect of silicone oil, paraffin, mineral oil and rubber was analyzed by orthogonal test and single factor test, the formulation(mass fraction) of the water-based detergent was determined as fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylated(FMEE) 6%, carboxyethylthiosuccinic acid(CETSA) 5%, 200#solvent oil 3%, PAS-80 4%, cyclohexanone 3%, fatty acid methyl ester dipropionatesodium6%, sodium metasilicate 3%, sodium hydroxide 5%, triethanolamine 1%, hexamethylenetetramine 1%, fungicide 0.5%, and pure water 62.5%.
