摘  要:新疆某660MW超超临界锅炉水冷壁经常发生拉裂。针对这一问题对锅炉燃烧器喷口进行改造。本文对燃烧器改造前后的受热面壁温特性进行了对比。结果表明,改造后受热面的壁温特性有明显改善。本次燃烧器喷口改造为今后锅炉燃烧器设计和改造提供了一定参考意义。The water wall of a 660MW ultra-supercritical boiler in Xinjiang often cracked.To solve this problem,the boiler burner port was modified.This paper compares the characteristics of the heating surface metal temperature before and after the burner modification.The results show that the metal temperature characteristics of the heating surface have been significantly improved after the modification.This burner port modification provides a certain reference for the design and modification of boiler burners in the future.
