摘  要:锅炉制造厂在进行某项目下再管屏水压时发现其中一屏管子弯头外侧泄漏,管壁沿环向约有1cm长贯穿裂纹,其余位置完好。取管屏泄漏处弯头样品进行取样试验,样品材质为SA-210C,规格∅63.5×4mm,主要工作内容包括宏观检查、化学成分分析及金相分析。检测分析结果表明,管子的化学成分及硬度满足ASMESA-210标准要求,管屏弯头处水压泄漏的原因为管子外表面存在磕碰,导致局部加工硬化,塑性降低,在弯管变形过程中该位置由于塑性不足而萌生裂纹,并扩展至贯穿管壁而发生泄漏。When the boiler manufacturer conducted the hydrostatic test to the reheater panel under a certain project,it was found that the outside of the tube elbow of one panel leaked,and there was about 1cm long through crack on the tube wall along the circumferential direction,and the other positions were intact.Take the elbow sample at the leakage part of the panel for sampling test.The sample material is SA-210C and the specification is∅60×4mm,mainly including macro inspection,chemical composition analysis and metallographic analysis.The test and analysis results show that the chemical composition and hardness of the tube meet the requirements of ASME SA-210 standard.The reason for the water pressure leakage at the elbow of the panel is that there is a bump on the outer surface of the tube,resulting in local work hardening and reduced plasticity.During the deformation of the elbow,cracks are initiated at this position due to insufficient plasticity and extend through the tube wall.
