摘　　要：本文基于2010年、2015年、2020年三期土地利用数据分析得出近十年贵阳市土地利用变化情况,结果显示贵阳市土地利用结构变化整体较为明显,且建设用地面积增加较快,表明近年来贵阳市城市化水平提升较快,同时也给土地可持续利用带来较大压力。进一步通过P-S-R模型有针对性的选取21个指标对贵阳市土地可持续利用水平作时序评价,并利用障碍度模型对指标体系进行关键障碍因子诊断,分析影响贵阳市土地可持续利用水平的重要因子,以期为贵阳市经济社会发展做出政策启示。This paper analyzes the land use changes in Guiyang City in the past ten years based on the land use data of 2010,2015 and 2020. The results show that the overall changes in land use structure of Guiyang City are obvious and the area of construction land increases faster, which indicates that the urbanization level of Guiyang City has increased faster in recent years and also brings greater pressure on the sustainable land use.Further, 21 indicators are selected and evaluated based on the P-S-R model to evaluate the sustainable land use level of Guiyang City in a time-series, and the obstacle degree model is used to diagnose the key obstacle factors of the indicator system and analyze the important factors affecting the sustainable land use level of Guiyang City in order to make policy inspiration for the economic and social development of Guiyang City.
