摘 要:高职院校的学生在从学校进入企业实习的衔接阶段,经常出现对所学内容认识模糊的情况,即使平时学习很好的学生,也会在刚到企业的前一两个月询问很多在学校已经掌握的内容。通过对不同专业、不同年级学生的长期观察以及深入研究,发现该现象具有普遍性。并且这种情况的出现并不是学生在学校学习过程中掌握不牢造成的,而是在校企衔接阶段,学生初入企业面对某一实际问题时,在提取所学知识以及心理调整上遇到一些困难造成的。经过研究发现,在教学内容上除了专业知识需要再次加强以外,思政教育的重要性也体现得更为明显。同时,远程教育能在校企衔接阶段更好地发挥其优势,从而帮助学生渡过初入企业的困难期。Students in higher vocational colleges often have a vague understanding of what they have learned in the connection stage from school to enterprise practice. Even students who study well at ordinary times will ask a lot of what they have mastered in the school in the first one or two months of arriving at the enterprise. Through the long-term observation and in-depth study of students in different majors and grades, it is found that these phenomena are universal. And this situation is not caused by students’ poor mastery in the process of school learning, but by some difficulties in extracting knowledge and psychological adjustment when they first enter the enterprises and face a practical problem in the connection stage between school and enterprise. After research, it is found that in addition to the need to strengthen professional knowledge again, the importance of ideological and political education is also more obvious. At the same time, distance education can give better play to its advantages in the connection stage between schools and enterprises, so as to help students get through the difficult period of entering enterprises for the first time.
