摘　　要：开放大学是远程开放教育的办学实体,其质量高低直接影响着远程开放教育的质量。基于新公共服务理论视角探索远程开放教育质量,主要从新公共服务理论的理论基础、新公共服务理论视角下远程开放教育质量管理存在的问题及原因进行分析,探索远程开放教育质量提升路径。The open university is the educational entity of distance and open education, and its quality directly affects the quality of distance and open education. Based on the perspective of the new public service theory to explore the quality of distance and open education, it mainly analyzes the problems and causes of the quality management of distance and open education from the perspective of the new public service theory, and explores the quality improvement path of distance and open education.
