摘 要:网络的高速发展带给大学生的影响有利有弊。网络这把双刃剑,在提供便利的同时,也经由网络依赖行为成为阻碍大学生学业、社交等能力发展的重要因素。因此,如何帮助大学生减轻网络依赖的程度引发了心理学界的强烈关注。2000年后,随着国内学者对园艺疗法更加熟悉和理解,更多的学者开始尝试园艺疗法对成瘾行为的干预。本文从园艺疗法的视角探讨团体小组活动对网络依赖大学生的干预效果。结果显示:园艺体验式团体小组活动对降低大一新生的网络依赖水平有显著的干预效果。The rapid development of the Internet brings more harm than good to college students. Internet, as a double-edged sword, not only provides convenience, but also becomes an important factor hindering the development of college students’ academic and social skills through Internet dependent behavior. Therefore, how to help college students reduce the degree of Internet dependence has aroused strong concern in the psychological field. After 2000, as domestic scholars became more familiar with and understood horticultural therapy, more and more scholars began to try the intervention of horticultural therapy on addictive behaviors. From the perspective of horticultural therapy, this paper explores the effect of group activities on Internet dependent college students. The results showed that gardening experiential group activities had a significant effect on reducing the level of Internet dependence of freshmen.
