摘 要:设计洪水是确定水利工程建设规模、设计防洪工程的重要依据,其推算需要多年收集的水文资料,而我国在小流域计算设计洪水中往往缺乏足够的暴雨洪水资料。目前我国小流域水利工程分布较广,因此研究无资料黄土地区小流域设计洪水的计算方法很有必要。本文采用水科院推理公式法和地区暴雨经验公式法推求永登县小沙沟设计洪水,经分析对比,在无资料黄土地区小流域采用水科院推理公式法推求设计洪水较为合理。Design flood is an important basis for determining the construction scale of water conservancy projects and designing flood control projects,and its calculation needs hydrological data collected for many years. However, there is often a lack of sufficient rainstorm and flood data in the calculation of design flood in small watershed in China. At present, small watershed water conservancy projects are widely distributed in China, so it is necessary to study the calculation method of small watershed design flood in loess region without data. In this paper, the inference formula method of the Academy of Water Sciences and the empirical formula of regional rainstorm are used to deduce the design flood in Xiaoshagou, Yongdeng County, Gansu Province. Through analysis and comparison, it is proved to be more reasonable to use the inference formula method of the Academy of Water Sciences to deduce the design flood in small watershed without data in loess area.
