摘　　要：住宅建筑的设计与施工需结合国家相关标准规范及地方标准图集,并按照工程建设的标准流程分阶段完成。本文主要综述住宅建筑电气专业设计施工图完成后,与施工单位进行施工前交底的相关要点。The design and construction of residential buildings should be combined with relevant national standards and specifications as well as local standard atlas, and completed in stages according to the standard process of engineering construction. This paper mainly summarizes the relevant key points of construction disclosure with the construction unit after the completion of the design and construction drawings of the electrical discipline of residential buildings.
