摘 要:本文通过对苏州大市范围内多个既有住区进行调研,采取实地走访、现场核查、采访交谈等多种方式,了解既有住区建设现状、资源供给、安全保障、物业服务等情况。采取问卷调研方式,了解居民对既有住区改造的需求。进一步提出既有住区绿色智慧化改造方向与管控平台功能集成,助力推进城市更新、推进新型智慧城市建设。In this paper, a number of existing residential areas in Suzhou were investigated by a variety of methods such as field visit, on-site verification, interview and conversation, to understand the construction status, resource supply, security guarantee, property services and other conditions of existing residential areas. Questionnaire survey was adopted to understand residents’ demands for the renovation of existing residential areas. It further proposed the integration of the green and smart transformation direction of existing residential areas with the functions of the management and control platform so as to promote urban renewal and accelerate the construction of new smart cities.
