摘　　要：“生态耦合”指“生态系统”中“种群”之间的互动及关联。基于生态学视角,整合健康与养老资源的社区康养结合服务供给即是一类整体性、开放性的“生态系统”。行政主体、公益主体、市场主体、自治主体、志愿主体与需求主体之多样性“生物种群”彼此互动构成社区康养结合服务“生态系统”。多元主体占据不同“生态位”,呈现“一主多元”生态结构,形成“竞争”“协作”“共生”三类“种群关系”。“生态系统”与“外部环境”进行着持续的能量输入与能量输出,推动系统与环境的演进变迁。“生态位”与“种群关系”形塑了社区康养结合服务运行的静态耦合,“能量交换”与“演变进化”形塑了社区康养结合服务运行的动态耦合,由此构成作为“生态系统”的社区康养结合服务运行的“生态耦合”机制。“Ecological coupling” refers to the interaction and association between “populations” in the “ecosystem”. Based on the perspective of ecology, integrating health and elderly care resources, the supply of community health-care combination service services is a kind of holistic and open “ecosystem”. The diverse “biological populations” of administrative entities, public welfare entities, market entities, autonomous entities, voluntary entities, and demand entities interact with each other to form an “ecosystem” that combines community health and wellness services. Various groups occupy different “niches”, presenting a “one-dominant and multiple” ecological structure, forming three types of “population relationships” such as “competition”, “cooperation” and “symbiosis”. The “ecosystem” and the “external environment” carry on continuous energy input and energy output, and promote the evolution and change of the system and the environment. “Niche” and “population relationship” shaped the static coupling of the operation of community health-care combination service;“energy exchange” and “evolution” shaped the dynamic coupling of community health-care combination service, which constituted the “ecological coupling” mechanism of community health-care combination service.
