摘  要:针对瓷砖胶浸水和冻融循环后的拉伸粘结强度的问题,本文通过研究水泥种类、砂子级配、胶粉种类对瓷砖胶浸水和冻融循环后的拉伸粘结强度的影响,讨论了如何提高瓷砖胶的浸水和冻融循环后的拉伸粘结强度。结果表明:当采用P·II 42.5R水泥时,瓷砖胶的浸水和冻融循环后的拉伸粘结强度均达到最大值,分别是1.78MPa和1.3MPa;当40目~70目砂子与70目~140目砂子的比例为1∶1时,瓷砖胶的浸水和冻融循环后的拉伸粘结强度均达到最大值,分别是1.4MPa和1.3MPa;当使用J6胶粉时,瓷砖胶的浸水和冻融循环后的拉伸粘结强度均是最高值,分别是1.62MPa和1.6MPa。To address low tensile bond strength of tile adhesive in water and freeze-thaw cycles,we studied the effect of cement type,sand gradation,RDP type on the water-immersion and freeze-thaw cycle tensile bond strength of tile adhesive,and discussed how to improve the tensile bond strength of tile adhesive in water-immersion and freeze-thaw cycles.The results show that:When P·II 42.5R cement is used,the tensile bond strength of the tile adhesive in water immersion and freeze-thaw cycles both reached the maximum value,which were 1.78MPa and 1.3MPa,respectively;when the ratio of 40-70-mesh sand to 70-140-mesh sand wasat 1∶1,the tensile bond strength of tile adhesive in water and freeze-thaw cycles both reached the maximum value,which were 1.4MPa and 1.3MPa,respectively;when J6 RDP was used,the tensile bond strength of tile adhesive in water and freeze-thaw cycles were the highest,which were 1.62MPa and 1.6MPa.
