水泥基瓷砖胶粘剂标准的对比分析

摘　　要：对比分析了水泥基瓷砖胶粘剂所涉及的5个国内外标准的异同点。针对水泥基胶粘剂测试项,各标准的主要差异为混凝土板基材处理方式、拉伸粘强度测试用陶瓷砖的技术指标等二项要求。而5个标准中技术指标要求均一致。由于存在这些异同点,造成实验数据无法完全统一。为了实现水泥基瓷砖胶粘剂在国内更科学的检验和推广,基于国内混凝土板基材及拉伸粘结强度测试用陶瓷砖现状,GB/T 41059—2021提出了混凝土板的2种养护方式及拉伸粘强度测试砖粗糙度、光泽度细化指标。The similarities and differences of five domestic and foreign standards related to cement-based tile adhesive were analyzed and compared.For the test items of cement-based adhesive,the main differences between the standards are two requirements:the treatment method of concrete slab substrate and the technical indicators of ceramic tiles for tensile bond strength test.The technical index requirements in the five standards are consistent.Because of these similarities and differences,the experimental data can not be completely unified.In order to realize the more scientific inspection and promotion of cement-based tile adhesive in China,based on the current situation of domestic concrete slab substrate and ceramic tiles for tensile bond strength test,GB/T 41059—2021 standard puts forward two curing methods for concrete slabs and refinement indexes of roughness and gloss of tensile bond strength test tiles.
