钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料的研究

摘　　要：近年随着装配式建筑的发展,钢筋套筒连接用灌浆料的应用越来越普遍,作为装配式各建筑构件的连接用材料,对整个建筑的安全稳定性起着至关重要作用。本文研究了各种原材料对套筒灌浆料性能的影响,确定了最佳配合比。研究表明:采用胶凝材料三元复合体系可以制备不同凝结时间的具有早强、高强性能的灌浆料;高品质矿物掺合料可有改善灌浆料和易性和离析性,并且提高强度;聚羧酸减水剂对灌浆料的流动性、浆体稳定性及强度影响明显,不同品种作用区别较大;缓凝剂对调整灌浆料的凝结时间作用不明显;消泡剂起到快速消泡作用,提高砂浆致密度,保证砂浆充实灌注饱满度;塑性膨胀剂可以在塑性阶段产生快速膨胀,维持灌浆料体积稳定。制备出的套筒灌浆料性能达到JG/T 408—2019《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》要求,初始流动度达到340mm,30min流动度为320mm,1d抗压强度35MPa,3d抗压强度60MPa,28d抗压强度90MPa,3h竖向膨胀率≥0.02%,24~3h竖向膨胀率为0.02%~0.5%,泌水率为0%。In recent years,with the development of prefabricated buildings,the application of grouting material for reinforcement sleeve connection is more and more common.As the connection material of prefabricated building components,it plays a vital role in the safety and stability of the whole building.This paper studies the influence of various raw materials on the performance of sleeve grouting material,and determines the best mix proportion.The research shows that the grouting materials with early strength and high strength can be prepared by using the ternary composite system of cementitious materials;High quality mineral admixtures can improve the workability and segregation of grouting materials,and improve the strength;Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has obvious influence on the fluidity,slurry stability and strength of grouting materials,and the effects of different varieties are quite different;Retarder has no obvious effect on adjusting the setting time of grouting material;Defoamer can quickly defoamer,improve the density of mortar and ensure the fullness of mortar filling;Plastic expansion agent can produce rapid expansion in the plastic stage and maintain the volume stability of grouting material.The properties of the prepared sleeve grouting material meet the requirements of JG/T 408—2019 Cementitious Grout for Sleeve of Rebar Splicing,with an initial fluidity of 340mm,a fluidity of 320mm in 30min,a 1d compressive strength of 35MPa,a 3d compressive strength of 60MPa and a 28d compressive strength of 90MPa,3h vertical expansion rate≥0.02%,24h~3h vertical expansion rate is 0.02%~0.5%,the bleeding rate is 0%.
