摘　　要：在城乡转型与人口年龄结构倒置之时,更多老年人发生了空间位移。跨涉流动与老龄双重属性的老年流动人口成为学术研究和社会治理的重点人群。聚焦国内老年流动人口,通过系统梳理相关文献,从社会适应与融入、健康与公共卫生服务、养老与社会保障、社会治理等维度,概述21世纪前后,尤其是2011年以来老年流动人口的研究现状,从研究理论、视角、内容等方面阐述当前研究的局限。通过分析老年流动人口对流入城市社会治理带来的挑战,从坚持本土化流动理论的探索与创新、完善城市治理顶层设计、以动态治理思维将流动长者纳入流入城市和居住社区的治理工作以及提升流动长者的数字素养等方面,反思未来学理研究的发展方向与针对老年流动人口的社会治理策略,以期提升其生活福祉,增强其获得感和幸福感。In the context of urbanization and rapid pace of population aging,an increasing number of older adults has moved out of their place of origin.The elderly migrants,who involve in both geographic mobility and population aging,have become an important focus of academic research and social governance.Focusing on the elderly migrants in China,this paper outlines the current status of research on the elderly migrants around the new century,especially in the past decade(2011-2022),which includes such dimensions as social adaptation and integration,health status and the accessibility and availability of public health services,social security,and social governance.By doing a systematic review of the existing literature,it also elaborates on the limitations of exiting research in terms of research theories,perspectives,and contents.In addition,this paper analyzes the challenges brought by the elderly migrants to the social governance of receiving cities,and reflects on the future academic research and governance strategies.It proposes that localizing theoretical innovation in academic research,improving the top-level design of urban governance,integrating elderly migrants into the governance of receiving cities and improving urban governance planning,as well as enhancing the digital literacy of elderly are necessary in order to improve the well-being of the elderly migrants and enhance their sense of happiness.
