摘 要:传统警务模式在应对日渐严峻的社会安全形势方面已经力不从心,智慧警务正是公安机关应对新时代社会安全形势的新型警务模式。警务巡逻机器人是智慧警务向基层延伸的重要举措。为此,从巡逻机器人的应用现状、技术支撑、应用场景、现实价值等方面,运用实地调研和资料分析方法,探究警务巡逻机器人在警务巡逻工作中的适用性,从而为减轻基层公安机关巡逻勤务压力、弥补传统巡逻缺陷及提高巡逻效率提供新的解决思路。The traditional policing mode has been unable to cope with the increasingly severe social security situation.Smart policing is a new policing mode for public security organs to cope with the social security situation in the new era.Police patrol robot is an important measure to extend intelligent police to the grass-roots level.Therefore,from the aspect of the application status,technical support,application scenarios,and practical value of the patrol robot,the applicability of the police patrol robot in the police patrol work is explored by using field research and data analysis methods,so as to provide a new solution to reducing the pressure on the patrol service of grass-roots police stations,making up for the defects of traditional patrols,and improving the patrol efficiency.
