摘  要:目的 调查岛礁官兵职业倦怠状况及其影响因素。方法 选取256名岛礁官兵,采用自编一般情况调查表、军人职业倦怠问卷、抑郁症状量表、广泛性焦虑量表、阿森斯失眠量表、军人社会支持量表、简易应对方式问卷进行调查,运用SPSS 21.0软件进行数据分析。结果 岛礁官兵职业倦怠状况与非岛礁官兵相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。婚姻状况不同的岛礁官兵职业倦怠状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),年龄及受教育年限与职业倦怠相关性不显著(P>0.05)。失眠、抑郁、焦虑、消极应对和社会支持得分与职业倦怠状况显著正相关,而积极应对与成就感、职业倦怠总分显著负相关。回归分析显示失眠、抑郁、消极应对和社会支持能够正向预测职业倦怠(P<0.05),积极应对能够负向预测职业倦怠(P<0.05),自变量能解释职业倦怠得分总变异的63.79%。结论 岛礁官兵职业倦怠状况与非岛礁官兵相比较差,失眠、抑郁、应对方式和社会支持是影响岛礁官兵职业倦怠的重要因素。应致力于改善岛礁官兵抑郁和睡眠状况,提高社会支持程度,同时加强应对方式教育。Objective To investigate the status of job burnout among the military personnel of a certain reef and analyze influencing factors.Methods 256 military personnel who were stationed on the reef were selected as research subjects. Surveys were conducted by using self-made general condition questionnaire, military personnel job burnout scale, patient health questionnaire-9, generalized anxiety disorder-7, Athens insomnia scale, military personnel social support scale and the simplified coping style questionnaire. SPSS 21. 0 software was used for data analysis.Results There was no statistical significance in job burnout status, when they were compared with general naval personnel(P<0. 05). No significant differences of job burnout were found in marital statue(P<0. 05). No significant differences were noted in age and education level concerning job burnout. Negative correlation was seen in insomnia, depression, negative coping and social support, while positive coping was negatively correlaed with achievement and burnout overall scores. Regression analysis showed that insomnia, depression, negative coping and social support could positively predict job burnout(P<0. 05), while negative coping could negatively predict job burnout. Independent variables accounted for 63. 79% of the total variation in job burnout scores.Conclusion Compared with general naval personnel, job burnout of the reef military personnel is relatively poorer, and insomnia, depression, coping style and social support are important factors affecting job burnout. Efforts should be made in propaganda to improve depression, sleep status, social support and coping style.
