摘　　要：本文介绍了《国家重点建设项目档案管理登记办法》(档发字[1997]15号)的主要内容,分析了其主要特点和实践意义,并对如何进一步修改和完善该部门规章提出了相关建议。This paper introduces the main contents of the Measures for Archival Management and Registration of National Key Construction Projects(No. 15, 1997), analyzes its main characteristics and practical significance, and puts forward relevant suggestions on how to further modify and perfect the regulations of this department.
